Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Global Corporate Services unit promoted Thomas H. Wootten to executive managing director in its Denver, CO, office.
In his current role, Wootten represents national and global clients on portfolio and program development strategies, strategic asset positioning, and monetization/disposition of key assets.
He ran a boutique real estate advisory firm prior to joining NGKF. The senior executive served as director of real estate for the regional estate portfolio of ATT Broadband/Mediaone, and previously managed global real estate assets for StorageTek. Wootten has also taught real estate finance and development as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado-Denver.
