Sara Wolfe has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a senior managing director in the firm's Miami office. The urban retail expert will expand NGKF's retail platform in South Florida, highlighting a broader effort to bolster the company's scale in all major markets.
Wolfe previously served as a broker for Koniver Stern Group, where she specialized in representing tenants and owners in restaurant and luxury brands nationwide. She has represented national retailers like Crate & Barrel, Bonefish Grill, Cosi, Lululemon Atheltica, The Container Store, and several local restaurants, in addition to several high-profile landlords and properties including Crescent Heights, the City of Miami Beach, DDR/Midtown Miami, Cobblestone Plaza, Gansevoort South Hotel and Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
"Sara brings deep market knowledge and the ability to understand the luxury consumer demographic, habits and trends and how those affect her clients' strategic initiatives on a local, regional and national level," said Jon Bourbeau, vice chairman at the NGKF Miami office. "She will add to the retail offerings we provide in South Florida and become a luxury specialist across all of our NGKF offices."
A native of Boca Raton, Wolfe received her business administration degree with a concentration in marketing from Florida International University.
"I'm thrilled to tackle new opportunities as part of NGKF's extensive and reputable retail team, especially as Miami retail continues its steep growth trend with so many dynamic projects in development," commented Wolfe on her new role. "NGKF's platform will allow me to expand my best-in-class services to local tenants, while tapping the full-scale strategic resources truly required for national rollouts."
