NFK Hires Perrino to Lead Valuation & Advisory Group in Northern California

New Senior Managing Director/Market Leader Spent Last 26 Years at Cushman & Wakefield in its Valuations & Advisory Service Group

Newmark Knight Frank has brought in longtime industry veteran and former Cushman & Wakefield executive Robby Perrino, MAI, CRE, CCIM to oversee the firm's valuation and advisory practice in Northern California.

Perrino, as senior managing director and market leader, will be responsible for expanding NKF's valuation and advisory practice in the region by cultivating client relationships, growing company business lines and boosting recruiting efforts.

Working underneath Perrino will be a team of nine professionals across four NKF Northern California offices, comprised of Brian Hegarty in San Francisco; John Walsh in San Mateo; Mike Davis, George Geranios, Kenneth Maitlin, Michelle Swallow and Sherleen Kumar in Santa Clara; and Katherine Gaskins and Dennis Nelson in Sacramento.

Perrino comes to NFK after spending the last 26 years with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as an executive managing director within the firm's valuation and advisory services group. In this role, he managed day-to-day operations of the company's offices in San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek and Sacramento.

Perrino also previously served as the firm's national relationship manager and single point of contact for the California Public Employee’ Retirement System (CalPERS), Deutsche Asset Management / RREEF and Stockbridge Real Estate Funds.
