NASA Federal Credit Union Buys Falls Church Bldg.

Greenbelt, MD-based NASA Federal Credit Union purchased the retail property at 1130 W. Broad St. in Falls Church, VA, from Jackson Building LLC for nearly $2.73 million, or about $545 per square foot.

The unoccupied Falls Plaza property is a two-story, 4,998-square-foot Class B building built in 1998.

Brendan Murphy of Long & Foster Real Estate Commercial Division represented the seller. Marcus Bourn of Next Realty Mid-Atlantic represented the buyer.
