
Kornel Romada joined NAI Robert Lynn Fort Worth as executive vice president. He will focus on building the office’s retail tenant representation division and landlord representation in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County retail market.
The Texas-based broker is a specialist in business development and team management with more than six years of senior level experience in the
commercial real estate and health care industries.
He recently served five years at the Woodmont Co. as the assistant vice president of leasing, and landlord and tenant representation. His transactions of note involved Kohl’s, ULTA, Charming Charlie, Kirkland’s, AT&T, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm and Olive Garden.
Romada also worked as a vice president at Wellspring Healthcare for one year and nearly three years as a United States Tennis Association tennis professional.
Romada was raised in the former Czechoslovakia before entering the United States as a foreign exchange student. He earned an associate’s degree from North Iowa Community College in Mason City, and has a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.
