Moveable Ink Inks Lease for 55,000 SF in Bryant Park (Update)

Tech Start-Up Signs 10 Year Office Deal
July 13, 2016
Moveable Ink, a marketing technology company that creates emails that can be updated in real-time, signed a 10-year lease for 54,782 square feet in the office building at 5 Bryant Park in New York City.

Also known as 1065 Avenue of the Americas, the 35-story building totals 865,538 square feet. The building is owned and managed by Equity Office Properties of New York and was built in 1958.

Movable Ink’s lease includes 27,391 square feet on each of the eighth and ninth floors. They are expected to move into the building this November. Other tenants in the building include TJX Companies and Schireson Associates LLC.

Brent Ozarowski, Joshua Gosin, Brian Waterman and Alexander Radmin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Equity Office Properties. The tenant was represented by Savills Studley.

Editor's Note: The news story was updated from an earlier version which put the tenant's deal on the seventh and eighth floors. The firm will instead occupy floors eight and nine in the building, with an anticipated move-in in November, and not September as initially reported.
