Monday Properties' two trophy, Class A office buildings known as the Twin Towers in Roslyn, VA, received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The green building recognition comes as a result of Monday working with its tenants to implement sustainable operating efficiencies.
The 31-story structures also received The Outstanding Building of the Year Award from the Apartment and
Office Building Association (AOBA). They were honored in the category for buildings more than 1 million square feet for the Washington and Virginia metropolitan markets.
An adjacent office building at 1101 Wilson Blvd., which is owned by Monday, also received a TOBY for buildings between 250,000 and 499,999 square feet.
