Molina Healthcare finalized a lease for 37,127 square feet at 1520 Kensington Road at The Crossings business campus, which will bring more than 150 new jobs to the Oak Brook, IL, market.
The 152,170-square-foot, three-story
office building at 1520 Kensington recently completed $6.2 million in renovations, which included a new HVAC system, lobby enhancements, common corridor and restroom upgrades as well as the addition of a 50-person conference room.

The Crossings, which totals 303,510 square feet, is on a 17-acre site, and is currently 93 percent leased, up 30 percent from when Davis acquired the property in 2010. Other tenants include SWC Technology Partners Inc., A.M. Castle & Co., Readerlink Distribution Services LLC and CBeyond.
Jim Adler, Dan O'Neill and Garrett Schultz of NAI Hiffman's office services group represented Davis. Charlie Copelan of McKinney Advisory Group of San Francisco represented Molina.
