Mohr Partners Appoints Shibuya President, Promotes Three to Managing Partner

August 8, 2014
Global corporate real estate advisor Mohr Properties recently made several new appointments in its Dallas headquarters.

Robert Shibuya will succeed Ted Fredericks as the firm's president. In his new position, Shibuya will oversee Mohr Partner's real estate service business, comprised of transaction advisory, portfolio/lease administration, project management and corporate finance/disposition services to corporate and government sector clients.

Reporting directly to chairman, CEO and founder Bob Mohr, Shibuya will also look to expand the firm's U.S. platform and hone its international delivery model.

In his 31-year career, Shibuya has held executive positions with CBRE, Trammell Crow, and most recently DTZ, where he served as its global chief executive.

Additionally, Shelly Christenson, Derith Jarvis and Nicolette Mason have been promoted from shared services directors to managing partners.

A 25-year veteran, Christenson joined Mohr Partners in 2008 and currently manages a team that handles transactions for Mohr Partner’s corporate accounts.

Jarvis joined Mohr Partners in 2006 after eight years with Nielsen Media Research. He currently heads up the research and site selection department and manages the firm's economic incentives practice.

A 20-year veteran, Mason joined Mohr Partners over a decade ago. She currently manages a team that works with companies to realize best practices and portfolio management strategies.
