Dolores Minardi joined Cresa as a senior vice president in the firm's New York City office. In her new role she will deliver comprehensive market insights as well as provide high-quality services to clients.
Minardi was previously at Colliers International, where she was senior managing director and played a major role in the negotiation of a 106,000-square-foot renewal deal for the Lowes Corporation at 655 Madison Avenue. Minardi has nearly three decades of experience in tenant representation, investment sales and landlord representation and founded her own investment sales firm, specializing in the purchase of property in the outer boroughs and Long Island.
Minardi is a 2008 recipient of Real Estate Forum's "Women of Influence" award.
