12033 Scripps Summit Drive sold for $44 million, nearly $231 per square foot. Miller Brothers Investments LLC purchased the property, also known as the Nokia Product Creation Center. Jeff Liebster and Bob Safai of Madison Partners represented the investors. A partnership between Kearny Real Estate and Lankford & Associates sold the building and were represented by Tom Mercer, Jay Alexander and Kevin Craven of Colliers International. Nokia leases the 190,656 square-foot facility in its entirety for development of its wireless products. Nokia relocated from the Sorrento Mesa area to the Scripps Northridge Corporate Center.
