Meridian Appoints New VP of Asset Management

Linda Shoemaker Haskins Leaves Cranbrook Group to Oversee Meridian's NorCal Portfolio
January 2, 2018
Meridian, a full-service real estate developer and owner of medical and general office real estate, has named Linda Shoemaker Haskins vice president of its asset management platform.

In her new role, Haskins will oversee management of the company's Northern California portfolio, which will include overseeing capital and tenant improvements, aiding in debt/capital markets, purchases and dispositions, and tracking leasing velocity, operational efficiencies and financial performance.

“The timing could not have been better to add Linda to our team with Meridian acquiring 400,000 square feet in the past year and more acquisitions planned for 2018," said Heidi Duffy, asset manager with Meridian. "Linda will drive the capital improvements on our most recent general office building purchase in Concord and expand Meridian’s name within the market.

Haskins brings with her more than 20 years of real estate and management experience. Most recently, she served as senior property manager at Modesto, CA-based Cranbrook Group where she was responsible for eight office properties in Contra Costa, Yolo and San Joaquin counties totaling nearly one million square feet.
