The Spine & Brain Neurosurgical Center acquired two office properties across the street from the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY, from a private investment group for nearly $2.68 million or $241 per square foot.
The deal includes 11,110 square feet in
office space at 1713 and 1721 Nicholasville Road.
