Kyle Matthews (pictured center), a former director with Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group, joined Colliers International in Torrance, CA. He was appointed senior vice president to focus on regional and national retail property investment sales.
Matthews brought his retail brokerage team with him, including Aron Cline, Chad Kurz and Jordan Uttal who will serve as senior associates. The group closed approximately 120 deals with a combined value of more than $350 million in revenue with institutional and private buyers.
Matthews is a top investment sales broker who specializes in advisory, consulting and transactional services of shopping centers and net leased properties.
The University of Southern California grad was a member of USC’s 2003 National Championship Football Team where he lettered as a strong safety.
