Market Trend: Raleigh/Durham's Industrial Vacancy Decreases Slightly to 10.2% in Q4 2012

The Industrial vacancy rate in the Raleigh/Durham market area decreased to 10.2% at the end of the fourth quarter 2012. The vacancy rate was 10.4% at the end of the third quarter 2012, 10.7% at the end of the second quarter 2012, and 11.0% at the end of the first quarter 2012.

Flex projects reported a vacancy rate of 12.1% at the end of the fourth quarter 2012, 11.9% at the end of the third quarter 2012, 12.1% at the end of the second quarter 2012, and 12.6% at the end of the first quarter 2012.

Warehouse projects reported a vacancy rate of 9.6% at the end of the fourth quarter 2012, 9.9% at the end of third quarter 2012, 10.2% at the end of the second quarter 2012, and 10.5% at the end of the first quarter 2012.
