The Class A office market recorded net absorption of positive 383,341 square feet in the second quarter 2012, compared to positive 372,135 square feet in the first quarter 2012, positive 360,666 in the fourth quarter 2011, and negative (199,898) in the third quarter 2011.
The Class B office market recorded net absorption of positive 516,163 square feet in the second quarter 2012, compared to positive 293,025 square feet in the first quarter 2012, positive 264,825 in the fourth quarter 2011, and positive 796,742 in the third quarter 2011.
The Class C office market recorded net absorption of positive 49,710 square feet in the second quarter 2012 compared to positive 10,977 square feet in the first quarter 2012, negative (30,905) in the fourth quarter 2011, and positive 93,920 in the third quarter 2011.
Net absorption for Denver's central business district was positive 251,945 square feet in the second quarter 2012. That compares to positive 170,570 square feet in the first quarter 2012, positive 310,644 in the fourth quarter 2011, and positive 12,120 in the third quarter 2011.
