During the second quarter 2012, no new space was completed in the Hartford market area. This compares to one building totaling 40,000 square feet that were completed in the first quarter 2012, nothing completed in the fourth quarter 2011, and 80,000 square feet in two buildings completed in the third quarter 2011.
There were 254,061 square feet of Industrial space
under construction at the end of the second quarter 2012.
The only delivery in 2012 has been 15 Bradley Park Rd, a 40,000-square-foot facility that delivered in first quarter 2012 and is now 100% occupied.
The largest projects underway at the end of second quarter 2012 were FedEx, a 224,061-square-foot building with 100% of its space pre-leased, and 10 County Line Rd, a 15,000-square-foot facility that is 5% pre-leased.
