Marion Jackson Properties LLC, a Tampa-based property investment firm, acquired the Arcos
Office Building at 501 E. Jackson St. in Tampa, FL for $1.3 million, or about $92 per square foot, from Arcos Real Estate Partnership.
The three-story office delivered in 1945 in Hillsborough County. It totals 17,840 square feet and has private garage parking.
Both sides of the sale were self-represented.
