Specializing in the Philadelphia Market, Margolis Brings 30 Years Experience to PA Firm
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Capital Group has welcomed Michael Margolis, CPA to the Philadelphia office as a senior managing director. Margolis comes onboard with 30 years of experience in the institutional market with owners in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. His client list included names like BPG Properties, Liberty Property Trust, Brandywine Realty Trust and many other top firms.
He previously worked at Grubb & Ellis, as well as serving as president of investment sales with Professional Realty Advisors for the past four years. Before that he held the office of director of acquisitions at Patriot Equities.
Margolis has a bachelor's degree in economics from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his MBA from Drexel University.
