The 155,000-square-foot shopping center is on about nine acres at 235-237 E. Main St. in Hendersonville, TN. It was built in 1976 and anchored by Big Lots and K-Mart, which have been at the property since the mid-1970s.
The NAI Nashville team of Jason Powell and Terry Smith represented the seller. Buyer representation was not disclosed.
This is Victory’s second sizeable purchase in Hendersonville. In June 2006, the firm acquired 43 acres on Indian Lake Road from Mathews Holdings for $11.5 million.
