Manitowoc to Relocate Corporate HQ to One Park Plaza

Global Crane Manufacturer to Take 16,000 SF in Northwest Milwaukee

The Manitowoc Co., Inc. (NYSE: MTW), a global manufacturer of cranes and lifting solutions, will be moving its corporate headquarters from Manitowoc, WI to the 199,326-square-foot One Park Plaza in Milwaukee. The tenant will be taking 16,000 square feet of space within the Class A office tower and is slated to take occupancy by the end of the first quarter of 2018.

The office complex, located at 11270 W. Park Pl., features 24-hour access, a conferencing facility, courtyard, on-site management and was awarded the Energy Star label for the past 10 years.

Manitowoc will be joining Pennant Management, Mutual of Omaha Bank, Wisconsin Pipe Trades, Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik, Transwestern, A.O. Smith Corp. and Northwestern Mutual in the building.

In addition to relocating its corporate headquarters, the company has agreed to sell its former headquarters at 2400 S. 44th St. in Manitowoc, which is anticipated to close by the end of the first quarter this year.
