A New York-based investment firm, acquired the five-story, five-unit multifamily building at 67 Murray St. in New York City from Brady Properties Ltd. for $12 million, or about $2.4 million per unit.
The apartment building was delivered in 1900 in Manhattan’s Tribeca submarket. It totals 13,200 square feet and has ground-level retail space in addition to the apartment units on the upper floors.
