Madwire to Expand in Fort Collins With New Lease

Digital Marketing Company Inks 102,000-SF Deal, Will More Than Double Employee Count
March 12, 2018
Madwire, a northern Colorado marketing software and services company, is set to grow its operations after signing a 102,000-square-foot lease at 3405 S. Timberline Rd. in Fort Collins.

The new office space will allow the company to significantly expand its employee count beyond what is possible in its existing office space at 3420 E. Harmony Rd.

Madwire originally launched in 2009 in Loveland, but relocated to Fort Collins in 2016 in an effort to consolidate space and shorten commute times for the majority of its employees. The company currently employs 500 people, and consistently ranks among the fastest-growing in America on the annual Inc. 5000 list.

"Madwire is a company that prioritizes their employee experience and company culture, so it was important for them to find the right space and to stay close to their current office. As demand for Madwire’s services continues to rise, 3405 S. Timberline was one of the only buildings in the area that was large enough to accommodate the company’s impressive growth," said Peter Kast, senior vice president at CBRE, who represented the landlord in the deal along with Pete Kelly.

The new lease commences in November, and Madwire plans to move half of its team into the space in January 2019, once tenant finish is complete.

"The new building is less than three miles from our current location, which will still allow for team collaboration," said Farra Larimore, public relations director for Madwire. "We are especially excited to be able to grow to 1,200 [employees] over the next few years with the addition of this building."
