Chelsea Maddox has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona as director of brokerage services, healthcare practice group. In her new role, Maddox will focus on healthcare real estate providing consulting services including leasing and sales of medical office space for owners and tenants.
Maddox spent the past year with Healthcare Trust of America, a publicly-traded REIT with a 13.6 million-square-foot medical office portfolio, where she oversaw the South/Southwest portfolios including more than 1.2 million square feet in Arizona. She previously served at Cushman & Wakefield as a senior associate in the healthcare division, and before that worked at the former Grubb & Ellis and Landmark TCN.

Maddox holds a bachelor's degree in public relations and strategic media and communications from the Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Arizona State University.
