MDRC Signs New 55,000-SF Lease at 200 Vesey

Nonprofit Relocating from Former Midtown Location
May 2, 2018
MDRC, a non-partisan policy research association, has signed a new 10-year lease for 54,735 square feet in the office building at 200 Vesey St. in New York City.

The company will occupy the entire 23rd floor of the 51-story, 2.5 million-square-foot, 4-Star building in Brookfield Place. It was built in 1986 on 1.9 acres in the World Trade Center submarket of Manhattan, between West St. and the Hudson River.

The move continues a push of tenants relocating from the Midtown or Midtown South area to Downtown. MDRC will take occupancy of its new space late in the third quarter.

John Wheeler and Michael Berman of JLL represented the landlord while Eric Deutsch and Jason Pollen of CBRE represented the tenant.
