Stephanie Lynch joined Perseus Reality Capital as managing director. Lynch will expand capabilities in structuring and arranging equity and debt capitalization for the development and acquisition of real estate.
The 14-year industry veteran was previously at Ceres Capital Partners where she arranged capital for urban development sites and distressed assets. Lynch was also a senior vice president in Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking division.
Lynch is a member of ULI and ULI's Mixed-Use Development Council. She currently serves on the board for New Hope Housing, an organization that provides shelter and services to northern Virginia's homeless individuals and families.
