Adam Lurie was appointed vice president of Coretrust Capital Partners. Lurie’s main responsibility will be to be the lead on acquisitions, financing, underwriting and other activities to support the Los Angeles- based company’s growing portfolio.
Lurie, who formerly served vice president of Bank of America in the short sale strategy group, brings his experience and knowledge in real estate asset price and tactical analysis of loss mitigation strategies. He also previously served as senior finance and operations manager for Green Dot Public Schools.
Lurie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also served as an intern with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, before starting his career at The Northern Trust Company.
