Avison Young added Marc Lunde to the Denver office.
Lunde will serve as a principal and managing director. He will join a five man team focused on serving the needs of office clients. Lunde has been involved in Denver
commercial real estate for 27 years, and was most recently a senior vice president with DTZ, a UGL company.
His most recent deal of note was last years lease for MarkWest Energy that expanded the oil and gas partnership into 225,000 square feet on 11 floors in Tower 1 of 1515 Arapahoe. Lunde's client list includes Scholastic Corp., CableLabs, ITT Education, Pason Systems and Cochlear Corp.
