Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant signed a 6,180-square-foot lease for five years at 25780 Novi Road in Novi, MI.
Tenant improvements have already begun and the expected opening date of the restaurant will be June 2011. Los Amigos currently has three other locations in Ypsilanti, Westland and Detroit.
Eric Szerlag of Thomas A. Duke Co. represented the tenant; and Mark Szerlag and Eric Szerlag represented the landlord, Grand Grace Holdings LLC.
