The 11,950-square-foot Mary Manor Center in Sunnyvale, California.

A locally based family office purchased a two-building, 11,950-square-foot shopping center in Sunnyvale, California, from a private family trust. Mary Manor Center sold for $10.35 million, or about $866 per square foot.

The property at 201 S. Mary Ave. was built in 2004 on one acre. The fully occupied center includes Starbucks as well as six neighborhood retailers.

“There are very few trades in this market and this highly visible center is well-located down the street from the new Apple campus as well as large offices for Google, LinkedIn and Amazon, among others,” said Chris Tramontano, senior vice president of SRS National Net Lease Group, in a statement.

Tramontano, along with John Redfield and Bruce Frazier at SRS, represented the seller in the sale.
