Jack Livingston, a property manager for Zimmer Real Estate Services, earned his Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
To earn the RPA designation, candidates complete a program of in-depth courses in order to better evaluate a building in its entirety. They are also required to have demonstrated three years of property management for portfolios or buildings in excess of 40,000 square feet.
Livingston manages a portfolio of Class A office buildings, mostly medical. He recently took over management of the 201,000-square-foot Centerpoint Medical Office Building in Independence, MO and has managed properties in the University of Kansas Hospital Authority. He joined Zimmer in 2003 and has more than 20 years of management experience.
