Michael Lirtzman has joined Transwestern as executive vice president and leader of its Chicago office leasing team. He was formerly with U.S. Equities Realty and also previously held positions with The John Buck Co. and Trammell Crow Co. in Chicago.
"I’ve respected Michael as a competitor for many years, and now I’m pleased to welcome him to our growing team," said Michael Watts, president of Transwestern’s Midwest Region.
Lirtzman has been responsible for major transactions within 515 N. State, 222 S. Riverside Plaza, 333 W. Wacker, 77 W. Wacker, 180 N. LaSalle and 224 S. Michigan, among others, and has landed such major tenants as Fifth Third Bank, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, Trading Technologies, American Express and Wayne Hummer Investments.
