LinkedIn, an online professional networking company, signed a lease to occupy 57,120 square feet at One Montgomery Tower in San Francisco's financial district.
The firm is anticipated to move in the second quarter of this year. LinkedIn will occupy floors 13-15 in the 38-story, 676,192-square-foot, Class A
office building.
Matt Griffin and Matt Shewey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Post-Montgomery Associates, while LinkedIn was represented by Gary Arabian of The CAC Group.
