LinkedIn, an online professional networking site, signed a 12-year lease for 560,000 square feet of
office space in a four-building project to be constructed at 555 N. Mathilda Ave in Sunnyvale, CA.
The demolitions of the existing structures are scheduled for December. Construction of the four new buildings is expected to be completed in July 2014 with LinkedIn moving into the building October 2014, to accommodate the completion of planned tenant improvements.
