Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Also Adds National Healthcare Practice Leader for Property Management Services
Brad Lindquist has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Global Corporate Services (GCS) platform as senior managing director. He will be based in the firm's Chicago office.
Lindquist previously worked as senior managing director at Deloitte Consulting LLP's Strategy & Operations. He has more than 17 years of experience advising corporations and economic development agencies on facility and location strategies and specializes in site selection, labor market evaluations, economic incentive negotiations and real estate portfolio optimization.
Lindquist earned a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University and has been involved in advising numerous international projects located in Belgium, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Europe and Russia.
In another key hire, Debra Schooler has joined NGKF in Phoenix as the national healthcare practice leader for Property Management Services.
Schooler previously served as a regional director of operations for a national publicly-traded healthcare REIT. Additionally, she was a regional asset manager responsible for a 2.5 million-square-foot medical portfolio.
