APEX, near LA Live in the downtown South Park neighborhood, will include high-end loft studios, and one- and two-bedroom flats and penthouse suites. APEX, owned by ST Residential, is anticipated to conclude lease-up before the wave of new apartment supply saturates the submarket throughout 2013 and into 2014, according to a company release.
Interiors, designed by Dodd Mitchell Design, feature high-end appliances, recessed lighting, silica stone counters and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property features a fitness center and meeting rooms as well as ritzy amenities such as on-site dry cleaning, pet service arrangements, waterless car wash and a professional free-standing photo booth.
