Lincoln Property Company, Rockwood Capital Pay $38 Million for Boutique Office Building in San Francisco

Polidev Investments Sells Historic 332 Pine St. Property

Lincoln Property Co., together with affiliates of Rockwood Capital, acquired the nine-story office tower at 332 Pine St. in San Francisco from Polidev Investments for $38 million, or about $796 per square foot.

The historic 47,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1912 and renovated in 2012 for creative office space, according to CoStar information. Home to a number of technology and media tenants, the boutique building includes a penthouse and rooftop patio as well as basement office space leased to Kimball Office.

Kyle Kovac, Michael Taquino, Mandy Lee and Daniel Cressman from Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in negotiations.
