Lifevantage Corp., a science-based nutraceutical company, signed a 10-year lease for approximately 44,350 square feet in a soon to be constructed Sandy Park Center
office building at 9900 S. Monroe St. in Sandy, UT.
Slated to be completed in July of next year, the 90,000-square-foot four-story property will be developed by the Woodbury Corp. to include two-story lobbies with marble, granite and glass walls.
Lifevantage, which already occupies
office space at a neighboring Sandy Park Center building, will take the third and fourth floors.
