Stephen Levine returned to Studley as a managing director where he will provide office and industrial tenant representation in the South Florida market.
Levine returns after leading the office division for Turnberry Associates, where he oversaw a national portfolio in excess of 2 million square feet of
office space across multiple markets.
A member of the Florida Bar Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Florida Banker’s Association and South Florida Office Brokers Association, Levine counts the South Florida offices of Norwegian Cruise Lines, Amadeus, Univita Home Health Care and Wells Fargo Advisors among his clients.
Studley also hired Will Morrison, Jr., as an associate in its Miami office. He will specialize in business development, strategic planning and transaction management.
