The Bureau of Land Management is coming to Lerner Enterprises' 20 M St. building in the Capitol Riverfront submarket of Washington, DC.

The agency will occupy 94,435 square feet on floors two through six in the 10-story office building, joining the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Navy and NAVSEA operations, and the U.S. Coast Guard.

The 190,600-square-foot building was completed in 2007 and received LEED Gold certification last year. It is north of the new Washington Nationals ballpark.
