Doctor Buys 15,596-SF Office Bldg.
Dr. Mark Choi purchased the office building at 300 E. Leland Road in Pittsburg, CA, for $2.37 million, or nearly $152 per square foot.
The 15,596-square-foot property known as Regency Plaza was built in 1982 and renovated in 2005.
