GID Investment Advisers LLC sold a 448-unit multifamily complex in Sandy, UT, to Legends at River Oaks Sandy LLC for $46.25 million, or about $103,000 per unit.
The 381,780-square-foot apartment community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in 21 buildings. It was built in 1999 and was 91 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Sage Sawyer and Jed Milburn of Apartment Realty Advisors represented the seller, while the buyer was self-represented.
