Kelly Greene To Oversee Expansion of Firm's Shopping Center Development in CO's Largest Cities
Denver-based Legend Retail Group hired Kelly Greene as president of Urban Legend, a new division of the brokerage. The Urban Legend group will focus primarily on expanding Colorado's urban retail market.
Greene has worked on many projects throughout the state including Larimer Square, 1600 Glenarm, Sugar Cube, Clayton Lane and University Hills Plaza, advising many high profile tenants during his more than 28 years in the industry.
Established in 2000, Legend Retail Group has become one of the largest retail brokerage companies in Colorado, providing specialized services for retail tenants and landlords.
