Commercial Real Estate. Thompson represents commercial real estate sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants and investors in the trading and leasing side of office properties. He has closed $15 million in transactions this year. He earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from California State University in Fullerton.
Hudson also joined Lee in 2009. He has a strong working experience with industrial sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants and investors in the North Orange County region. Hudson was named a Top 10 producer last year and associate of the quarter for all four quarters in 2011 at Lee's Orange office. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in the city of Knoxville.
Both brokers are members of the Association of Industrial Real Estate. Thompson is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
