Leading Roll Up Door Manufacturer Moving Headquarters to Douglasville Town Center

Janus International Signs +5-Year Lease for 20,809 SF
October 10, 2018
Janus International Group signed a 66-month lease for 20,809 square feet in the Douglasville Town Center in Douglasville, Georgia, where the self-storage building solutions manufacturer will relocate its corporate headquarters.

Currently located at 135 Janus International Blvd. in Temple, Georgia, Janus will move November 1 to the 272,785-square-foot Douglasville regional center at 5893-5989 Stewart Pky. Founded in 2002, the company specializes in custom metal roll up doors used for self-storage.

Acquired a decade ago by New Haven, Connecticut-based Block and Kahan Properties, the center currently has 157,562 square feet of space available for lease including a 117,789-square-foot anchor suite formerly home to Walmart. The lead tenant is currently the Douglasville campus of Georgia Highlands College, which occupies 44,202 square feet of space.

Also leasing space in the center are Andy's Wholesale, Cobb & Douglas County Community Service Board and the Thumbs Up Diner.

Patrick Hallwood of KW Commercial represented Block and Kahan in negotiations, while Drew Stone of The Keyser Group negotiated the deal for Janus International.
