The law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP leased the entire 35th and 36th floors of City National Tower, the 1.1 million-square-foot office tower at 555 S. Flower St. in downtown Los Angeles.
Foley & Lardner is taking 52,772 square feet on a 10-year deal valued at $2.85 per square foot/month, or more than $18 million over the full term. The firm is expanding from its former office in Century City.
Lisa St. John and Peter Best of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Foley & Lardner, while Kent Kandleman and Charlie Smith handled the deal in-house for the landlord, Thomas Properties Group.
The 52-story City National Tower was constructed in 1973 and was renovated in 1994. It sits on a 4.4-acre parcel alongside the City National Plaza office tower.
