Cassiday Schade Signs 10-Year Lease at 20 N. Wacker Drive
Law firm Cassiday Schade LLP renewed its 62,863-square-foot lease at the Civic Opera Building. The firm has been a tenant at the building, at 20 N. Wacker Drive, since 1998 and was nearing the expiration of its 10-year lease.
By renewing, Cassiday Schade was able to secure a competitive rental rate as well as rent concessions, expansion rights and a tenant improvement allowance that will be allocated towards updating the firm's space.
The Civic Opera Building is a Class B building built in 1929 and renovated in 1995 owned by the Blackstone Group. Cassiday Schade is the largest tenant in the building.
