Law Firm Moving On Up to The Sixth Floor

Lease Brings Occupancy at M&I Bank Bldg to 76%

Kirk Pinkerton, P.A. recently leased 10,104 square feet at the M&I Bank Building, which is located at 240 S. Pineapple Ave. in Sarasota, Florida. The tenant will take occupancy of its sixth-floor space next year, for a term of 95 months.

The 125,814 square-foot, 11-story office building is located in the Sarasota County submarket. It was built in 1996. Following the deal the building is now more than 76 percent occupied, with average asking rents ranging from $24 to $27 per square foot.

Michael Fisher and Kimberly Rogers of CBRE represented the landlord, Triton Capital Management. Steve Horn and Ian Black of Ian Black Real Estate represented the tenant.
