The University of Phoenix leased 53,654 square feet at 3755 Breakthrough Way in the Southwest Las Vegas submarket. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while American Nevada Company represented the landlord.
Atkins renewed its 35,568-square-foot lease at 2270 Corporate Cir. in the South Las Vegas submarket. American Nevada Company represented the landlord in this direct deal.
The State of Nevada Taxi Authority renewed its 21,500-square-foot lease at 1785 E. Sahara Ave. in the Central East Las Vegas submarket. Birtcher Anderson Realty management represented the landlord in this direct deal.
Luxe Royale, Inc. leased 17,500 square feet at 375 E. Warm Springs Rd. in the South Las Vegas submarket. Real Estate by Design represented the tenant, while Gatski Commercial represented the landlord.
Earlier this year, Southern Nevada Health District leased 166,409 square feet at 330 S. Valley View Blvd. in the Northwest Las Vegas submarket. The landlord was represented by Tiberti Management Group.
