Land Development Acquires 4,400-SF Asset for $5M in Nashville

Former SunTrust Bank Branch Sells to Local Developer

SunTrust Bank, Inc., an American bank holding company based in Atlanta, sold the 4,404-square-foot bank branch at 1715 W. End Ave. in Nashville, TN to Land Development, Inc. for $5 million, or approximately $1,135 per square foot.

SunTrust Bank formerly occupied the asset, and originally acquired the facility in March 2017 for about $2.9 million.

The half-acre site is zoned to allow for a building of up to 16 stories, however no additional details pertaining to the redevelopment have been disclosed by Land Development

Peggy Sells, senior associate of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Sohaila Willis and Radley Hendrixson of Colliers International.
